Product Description FAQs & IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE USAGE

1. The mats are designed to be used only on clean, smooth, and untextured shower trays or tub floors. On structured surfaces, the vacuum won't build up in the suction cups.

2. Before using the shower mat, it's mandatory to rinse the shower thoroughly and ensure it's properly wet. Then, firmly press and smooth the mat with your hands or, with a secure stance, your feet on the floor of the tray. Check to make sure it's securely in place before stepping on it.

3. Our mat is made of durable material and is machine washable. We strongly recommend rinsing the mat after each use and hanging it to dry on the supplied hooks. This way, you'll enjoy the mat for years.

4. To hang the shower mat to dry, place the self-adhesive hooks on a clean, dry, and smooth surface, and simply hang the mat on the drain holes. To remove the hooks, gently warm them with a hairdryer and peel them off from one corner. The hooks are reusable.

5. If the shower mat has wrinkles after unpacking, simply place it in hot water - either in a tub or installed to the shower floor - and it will quickly smooth out.

6. The extra-large holes in the mat allow for optimal water circulation and drainage, regardless of where the drain is located in the shower.

7. The mat is made of skin-friendly vinyl (PVC) and is regularly tested on-site by a registered testing institute in accordance with Article 59, Paragraph 10 of the REACH Regulation.

8. If the hooks are missing in the packaging or a hook is broken, you need to inform us, and we will provide a replacement.
